We all had our own belief, perspections and views on everything. The world needs more emphathy.. What seems to be right for us doesnt meant it should be the same to the others. Who are we to judge and be biase against another individual? At many times in life we had often heard phrases such as “put yourself in their shoes” to try looking at a certain situations with a different perspective. But the question is , can we really put ourself in their shoes or are we just trying to walk their path but still wearing our own shoes? By thinking “how would I feel if I were him/her?” We might only felt what we would had felt at the same situation. Instead, try asking “how would I felt if it was me?” This could probably bring us a lil bit closer and be able to be more emphatic to people around us.
Almost everyone yearns to be heard, to be understood. Who are we to judge? When what seems small to you might be HUGE for them? Lend a helping hand or even a ear just to listen, instead of telling people what they should do, help them to empower themself to seek for the answers. Because what seems to be best for you might not be the best for them.
Everyone has a different story
